The Bellingen Building Company is a family owned business run by Simon and Kathryn Fairbanks and builds throughout the Bellingen, Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas.

Simon is a licensed builder and a qualified carpenter. He has gained his experience from building throughout Melbourne’s Bay side area, Sydney’s Inner West and the Coffs Harbour region.

The Bellingen Building Company specialises in new homes, renovations, extensions, owner builder projects, relocating homes and restumping.

One of the major strengths of the company is that you deal directly with Simon face to face. He runs the operation of the job and is also the head carpenter, so you get that personalised service.
